Please pick up all daily medications and as needed medications BEFORE the last day of school. If unused medication is not picked up prior to the last day of school, it will be disposed of by school personnel. Regulation 757-4.
2023-24 School Year:
The deadline for students to meet the immunization requirement for mandatory immunizations is August 17, 2023. If proof of the required immunizations is not provided by August 17, 2023. The student will be excluded from school until the required immunization documentation has been provided to the school. If you have questions, please contact the school nurse or visit the immunization requirements webpage.
Meningococcal Conjugate (MenACWY) immunization and Tdap Booster are required for all 7th grade students. If you have questions, please contact the school nurse or visit the immunization requirements webpage.
Immunization documentation may be faxed to 703-753-4331, scanned as a PDF file and emailed to [email protected] or dropped off at Gainesville Middle School Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Immunizations can be obtained from your primary care doctor, the health department, or other health care facilities (CVS or urgent care facilities).
