Meningococcal Conjugate (MenACWY) immunization and Tdap Booster are required for all 7th grade students. If you have questions, please contact the school nurse or visit the immunization requirements webpage.

Immunization documentation may be faxed to 703-753-4331, scanned as a PDF file and emailed to [email protected] or dropped off at Gainesville Middle School Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Immunizations can be obtained from your primary care doctor, the health department, or other health care facilities (CVS or urgent care facilities).

Please pick up all daily medications and as needed medications BEFORE the last day of school.  If unused medication is not picked up prior to the last day of school, it will be disposed of by school personnel.  Regulation 757-4.
